Volunteer: 24-hour Crisis Line Volunteer Phone WorkerWhat It Is:
Volunteer Phone Workers answer a vast majority of our calls on the crisis line, doing so under the direct supervision of experienced clinical professionals who provide guidance and support during these calls.
All necessary skills and knowledge are provided during our 60-hour training program, which focuses both on the content of calls and the operation of the crisis line itself.
When it is:
60-hour remote training program over ~4 weeks, multiple times a year
